The registration deadline is over; We won’t receive any requests from anyone for registration as we will proceed with further conference proceedings.

N:B: The registration deadline for international delegates extended up to November 20, 2022

Registration

Once your abstract is accepted the registration process begins. You have to complete the following steps.

Step-1 Registration procedure 

 You can pay your registration fee directly to the bank account and also online payment systems (bKash, Nagad, Cellfin) are available. Before starting online registration, one’s required to pay the registration fee.

There are four registration types. These are

  • International Authors / International Participants
  • International Student Authors / International Student Participants
  • Local Authors
  • Local Student Authors

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted Abstract to register in order for the paper to be appeared in the proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. Everyone (coauthor, more than one per ) who wants to attend the conference must need to pay the registration fee, then S/He will be provided a full registration package accordingly.

ONE Registration Fee includes the following for the registered authors:

For Faculty/ Researcher:

  1. Welcome Reception
  2. Conference Bag
  3. Participation in the Technical Program
  4. Participation & Presentation Certificate
  5. Buffet Traditional Lunch on 7th January
  6. Banquet Gala Dinner on 7th January
  7. Buffet Indian Lunch on 8th January
  8. Four Coffee Breaks on Conference days
  9. Conference Proceedings Book printed copy
  10. Sightseeing near Cox’s Bazar 

Note: No accommodation will be provided with this fee. If someone wants us to arrange hotel accommodation for him/her, our team will help only after registration. Hotel rooms are available between 750 – 5000 TK depending on quality.

For Student:

  1. Welcome Reception
  2. Conference Bag
  3. Participation in the Technical Program
  4. Participation & Presentation Certificate
  5. Buffet Lunch on his/her Poster Presentation day
  6. Coffee Breaks on Presentation day
  7. Conference Proceedings Book

Note: No accommodation will be provided with this fee. If someone wants us to arrange hotel accommodation for him/her, our team will help only after registration. Hotel rooms are available between 750 – 5000 TK depending on quality.

For Foreigner*

Only for foreign guests, we will provide two nights’ accommodation with other facilities for free!

 Step 2 – Details of  the payment procedure

Please note that all kinds of transfer fees and service charges (if required) should be paid by the depositors.

At present, you can pay your registration fee via bank transfer, and also our online payment system is open now.

Currently, we have two modes of payment

  1. Online Payment

  1. Through Bank Transfer

You can pay your registration fees to the following bank account as well.

Notes

1. Please complete the online registration. If you are unable to fill up the online registration form, e-mail us the payment proof, with the accepted abstract file (.doc/.docx format) to nameconference@gmail.com.

2. Authors must have to upload studentship proof (for students) for the year 2022 where applicable.

3. Registration will not be completed until payment is processed and confirmed. Before performing your registration kindly complete your payment.
